Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Did someone say pumpkin pie? This smoothie is perfect for this time of the year. Get your pumpkin and protein fix all in one delicious beverage!

 

 

Ingredients

1 banana
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
3/4 TSP pumpkin pie spice
4 ice cubes
cinnamon
1 scoop ProCel® Vanilla

Directions

Combine a banana, pumpkin puree, almond milk, pumpkin spice, 1 scoop ProCel® Vanilla and 4 ice cubes. Blend until all ingredients are blended to desired consistency. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish.

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ProCel® 100*
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 oz skim milk
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Warm up desired liquid to no warmer than 180F, then add the ProCel® 100 and unsweetened cocoa powder to the liquid.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are blended to desired consistency.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish.

Provides: 23.5g of protein (actual protein can vary depending on the type of milk or milk substitute used).

Apple Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™
  • 2 oz apple juice
  • 2 oz club soda

Directions

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients.

Lemonade Ice Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™
  • 3 oz unsweetened tea
  • Splash of club soda
  • Sprig of mint
  • Slice of lemon

Directions

  1. Mix Lemonade LiquaCel™ with the unsweetened tea and club soda.
  2. Add the sprig of mint and a slice of lemon to garnish.

Orange Splash

Ingredients

  • 1 oz orange LiquaCel
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1/2 of lime (squeezed)
  • 1 oz grape fruit juice
  • A wedge of lime

Directions

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients together.
  2. Add the lime wedge to garnish.

Jello Shots

Ingredients

  • Sugar Free Jello (orange, cherry, lemon, lime or raspberry)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup LiquaCel™

Directions

  1. Add hot water to jello mix and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and LiquaCel™ and stir.
  3. Pour into 8×8 dish and place in refrigerator until set.
  4. Cut into 12 portions.

Cran- lime

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • A slice of lime

Directions

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients together.
  2. Add the slice of lime to garnish.

Orange Blackberry Mash
Orange Strawberry Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Orange LiquaCel
  • 4 oz soda water
  • 2 strawberries (mashed)
  • A wedge of strawberry

Directions

  1. Mix Orange LiquaCel, soda water and the mashed strawberries together.
  2. Add the strawberry wedge to garnish.

Pro- Tini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz LiquaCel™
  • 4 oz liquid: Water, Ginger Ale,Club Soda,
  • Crystal Light®, Apple Juice,
  • Cranberry Juice, etc.
  • Desired amount of ice

Directions

  1. Pour ingredients into shaker, add ice
  2. and shake. Pour into glass.
