How do I register for an account?
1. Click on the “Sign In” option in the website’s header.
2. Under the “Register” box, type in your email address and your password.
3. You will then have the option to add/ edit account information.
Do I need to register in order to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order. However, a registered account helps to track orders you’ve placed.
How do I change my password?

How often will I receive emails?
Email notifications are not sent at this time, unless it is related to registering for an account, password change, or your current purchase.
Ordering
How do I order?
1. Select items and add them to your cart.
2. Once you’re satisfied with your choice of items in your cart, you may checkout by clicking the green “checkout” box on the popup screen, OR select the yellow cart icon at the top right hand corner of the navigation bar.
3. Fill out the shipping and payment information at checkout.
4. You will receive a confirmation email, completing your order.

What are my payment options?
At this time, McKin Health Care Specialties only accepts credit card payments. MasterCard and VISA are the only cards accepted.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
A confirmation email will be sent after your payment has been made.
How do I modify my order?
Modifications to orders prior to payment can be made by navigating away from the checkout page and adding items to your cart. If modifications are required post payment, they can be made via email. Send an email with your name, order number, and modification details to customerservice@healthcarespecialties.ca.
How do I cancel my order?
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to customerservice@healthcarespecialties.ca.

How can I receive free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for purchases above $700.00.

Returns
What’s your return policy?
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA #), and are subject to a restocking fee. Lady Dignity, Sir Dignity, and Dignity protective underwear are non- returnable, non- refundable products for hygienic reasons.
